BookHaven's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us during the six-month period prior to the event giving rise to such liability, or £100 if you have not had any payment obligations during such period.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

13.2 Amicable Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms, you shall use your best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement directly with BookHaven through good faith negotiations.

13.3 Arbitration

If an agreement cannot be reached through direct negotiation, all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules. The place of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of BookHaven.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without BookHaven's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. BookHaven may assign or transfer these Terms, without restriction.

16.5 Notices

Any notice or other communication provided by BookHaven under these Terms will be deemed delivered when sent to the email address associated with your account or as otherwise specified.
